Yes, you can. Just make sure they are low-profile, MX-stem-compatible keycaps. The thumb cluster of the Dygma Sonsei has custom keycaps, but it's designed so you can replace them with standard 1u keycaps.
Yes. The Dygma Sonsei is hot-swappable, meaning you can use any Gateron KS-33 2.0 low-profile switch.
Yes, you can connect the Dygma Sonsei via USB to your computer.
Yes, our configurator software is compatible with macOS, Linux and even Windows.
Yes, you can. The software is only required to make changes to the layout. Once those are made, they are stored in the Neuron, that way you can enjoy them in any computer you use.
The palm pads are made of silicone with a vegan leather cover, so it's safe to clean them with water.
Dygma keyboards are compatible with most Hubs and KVM switches. However, we've documented some problems with them in the past.
Some KVMs and USB Hubs can cause problems during firmware updates, mode switching or charging. In some cases, the keyboard doesn't work at all.
