Warranty
The Dygma keyboards are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt. That includes the electronics and all mechanical components, except normal wear and tear.
The warranty applies to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

What voids my warranty?
Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or an accident, including liquid contact, fire, drop damage or environmental causes, will void your warranty.
When replacing your mechanical switches, if you forcefully push them incorrectly, you might break an electric component. This will void your warranty.
Opening your keyboard does not void your warranty
The Dygma keyboards are designed to be easy to repair. The user needs to have a fundamental knowledge of electronics concepts. If you don't have this knowledge, please get in touch with us. The warranty can be voided if you don't follow our instructions carefully.
Unscrewing the parts of your keyboard does not void your warranty. However, be careful when doing this, as sensitive electronics are inside.Tampering with the electronics and damaging them will void your warranty.
Replacing or updating your keyboard firmware does not void your warranty
The firmware of our keyboards is open source. You are free to modify it and, if you wish, share your changes. If you have any problems updating or modifying the firmware, please message us, and we can walk you through recovery procedures.
Customizing the firmware might destroy your keyboard. Your warranty will be voided if your custom firmware is incorrect and bricks your keyboard.
