What voids my warranty?
Any damage that is caused by misuse, abuse, or an accident, including liquid contact, fire, or environmental causes, will void your warranty.
Changing the switches or keycaps of your keyboard does not void your warranty. However, when replacing your mechanical switches, forcefully pushing them without aligning them correctly might break an electric component, and that's not covered by the warranty.
We also offer a repair service outside of your warranty. Message contact us and we'll help you 😊

Dygma keyboards are easy to repair. However, the user needs to have a fundamental knowledge of electronics concepts. If you don’t have this knowledge, please contact us. Failure to follow our instructions carefully can void the warranty.
Unscrewing the parts of your keyboard does not void your warranty. However, please be careful when you do this since there are sensitive electronics inside.Tampering and damaging the electronics is not covered by the warranty.
Replacing or updating your keyboard firmware does not void your warranty
The Dygma keyboards’ firmware is open source. You are free to modify it and, if you wish, share your changes. If you have any problems updating or modifying the firmware, please drop us a message, and we will walk you through recovery procedures.
Please keep in mind that flashing non-Dygma firmware on the keyboard can brick it. If your custom firmware is incorrect and it destroys your keyboard, the warranty will not cover it.
